Srinivas Pannala

Srinivas is an alumnus of IIM Bangalore where he did his MBA (Strategy) in International Business and IIT Kharagpur, B. Tech (Honors), Computer Science & Eng.
Srinivas has the rare distinction of being one of the few professionals with the distinguished certifications of PMP, PgPMP and PfPMP from the Project Management Institute, USA.

He has proven strengths in setting up and directing systems for Alignment, Governance, Compliance, PMO, Corp Planning, SDLC, Business Analysis, Platform Product Roadmaps, Market Research, Market Analysis and Product Lifecycles.


CA Rajiv Soni

Rajiv is a qualified CA with over 20 years successful track record in teaching soft skills and placement & career counseling to 25,000+ students at premier schools in Delhi NCR, Institute of Chartered Accountants, Institute of Cost Accountants, and other education institutions. He has conducted over 100 workshops and training sessions. He has also authored several books.
Rajiv earned his high school diploma from Delhi Public School, and graduated from University of Delhi. He completed Chartered Accountancy while interning at Pricewaterhouse Coopers with All India Merit positions.

He is a Founding Trustee & Life Member at Delhi World Foundation set up in 2015, which has set up 79 schools; He is also the President, DPS Alumni Association, managing it’s philanthropic and outreach initiatives.
Rajiv is the Founder/CEO of Edmatrix Services, assisting students pursue higher degrees overseas, and brings a wealth of experience into his training, both classroom and professional workshops.


Chitra Hiremath

Chitra completed her BA from St Xavier’s College, Mumbai University. She has a Post Graduate degree in Advertising & Mass Communication from Xavier Institute of Management.

Chitra has over 25 years of experience in Executive Search, Computer Training as well as Communication Strategy.
She started her career with Perfect Placement (a division of Analog Services) a pioneer in its field, where she successfully worked on several senior mandates in the Steel, Chemical & Engineering Industry.
Joined Globesearch as Managing Partner in 1996, and gained significant experience in the recruitment process ensuring speedy closure of mandates.
Chitra now divides her time between consulting assignments and ___ related projects, which is her passion.
Some of the clients she has worked with are Damac Holdings Dubai, Enron India, MSCI (Morgan Stanley Advantage Services), DSP Merill Lynch, Siemens, Ador Welding, Minda Valeo, Avista Advisory & Houlihan Lokey, and Hikal Industries.


Deepak Dewan

A Senior exec with hands-on, managerial experience in Human Capital (Recruitment, Training); Global Staffing (Perm, Interim and Contractual) in most verticals, with focus on IT/IM, Program/Project Management and Finance. Deepak’s Strengths lie in Process Improvement/Implementation, Stakeholder Management, Recruitment and Vendor/Contract management; always hands-on - leading by example. An alumnus of Mumbai University, Deepak has worked with clients across continents, some of whom include GE, Oracle, Microsoft, HP, Unilever, Mondelez and Amex.

During his career, Deepak has provided selection and assessment expertise to business and participated in local and global RFPs. He has experience in recruiting within most service lines including Finance, IM/IT, Supply Chain & Program/Project Management.
Deepak has lived and worked in the United States, Canada, Latin America and Asia Pac, and brings over 25 years of recruiting experience to the team.
